One of the largest aquatic plants specialist in the southern hemisphere involved with importing and exporting aquatic plants. We have over 25 years of experience and have been trading for over 20 years (approximately 15 years online). We were the first Australian water garden nursery to set up online trading back when the internet first started.

Our nursery specialises in a wide range of aquatic plants including:

- Australian natives
- New imports all over the world
- Rare & unusual plants
- New hybrids (from waterlilies, lotuses to marginal plants) bred at our nursery

We also provide friendly service and qualified horticultural advice on all aspects of water gardening.

Currently, we are trading as a mail order nursery (RETAIL) (i.e., we supply bare-rooted or unpotted plants sent via mail/freight to customers) and limited WHOLESALE available to retail garden centres or nurseries.

We have limited employees to run the nursery and most of our time are spent on:

- Propagating plants
- Researching and trialling new plants for ornamental plantings
- Maintaining a private collection of 1000 or so plants
- Correctly identifying plants
- Hybridising plants

Due these reasons and also to be able to run the nursery in a cost-effective manner (especially under the current economic conditions), we will maintain trading ONLY online. Most importantly, changing the model of our business allows us to ensure that all plants are locally grown within Sydney area and qualities are maintained at a higher standard. This is important especially in landscape gardening and retail nursery aspect. Established plants shipped from interstate will require time to acclimatised to the new location. Some plants will take longer time to adapt. Most of our plants are grown in the open fields, strengthening them to withstand strong light and wind exposure.

Please Note: The Bass Hill postal address has been retained so that we could respond to postal mail in timely manner. The nursery is no longer physically located there.

Not all plants we grow are listed on our website. If there's any particular plant species or cultivars that you wish to look for, please contact us as we may be able to supply small quantities of it. Established potted plants may sometimes be available for home delivery sales only within Sydney metropolitan areas.
