About Us

We are one of the largest aquatic plants specialist in the southern hemisphere involved in importing and exporting aquatic plants. Our nursery specialises in a wide range of aquatic plants including:

- Australian natives
- New imports all over the world
- Rare & unusual plants
- New hybrids (from water lilies, lotuses to marginal plants) bred at our nursery

We also provide friendly service and professional advice on all aspects of water gardening.

Currently, we are trading as a mail order nursery ONLY (i.e., we supply bare-rooted or unpotted plants sent via mail/freight to customers). We have limited employees to run the nursery and most of our time are spent on:

- Propagating plants
- Researching and trialing new plants for ornamental plantings
- Maintaining a private collection of 1000 or so plants
- Correctly identifying plants
- Hybridising plants

Due to the above reasons, we don't have time or labour to run a separate retail/wholesale nursery facility to allow for public visitation. Our business currently operates across a few separate locations, this is due to a relocation exercise that this happening over the next few years. The plant farms are located in outer Sydney suburban area and our office is located at Bass Hill (Note: We do not have any water features/ponds on display or plants for sale at our office location).

Not all plants we grow are listed on our website, so if there's any particular plant that you wish to look for, please contact us as we may have it. Established potted plants may sometimes be available for home delivery sales only within Sydney metropolitan areas. We supply (both locally & international) to botanic gardens, government departments (including research institutions), schools, universities/technical colleges, retail garden nurseries and landscapers. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries in regards to our products.

Our main focus at the moment is to propagate smaller amounts of a wide range of plants, so that we could offer a greater selection of plants to our customers. This means we have scaled back on the wholesale business side and have placed more focus into the retail side.
