About Us

We are one of the largest aquatic plants specialist in the southern hemisphere involved in importing and exporting plants. Our nursery specialises in a wide range of aquatic plants including new import releases, rare & unusual and new hybrids (from water lilies, lotuses to marginal plants) bred at our nursery. We also provide friendly service and professional advice on all aspects of water gardening.

Currently, we are trading as a mail order nursery only (i.e., we supply bare-rooted or unpotted plants sent via mail/freight to customers). We have limited employees to run the nursery and most of our time are spent on propagating plants, hybridising plants, researching on new/interesting plants, correctly identify plants and most important of all, maintaining a private collection of 1000 or so plants. Due to these reasons, we don't have time or labour to run a separate retail/wholesale nursery facility. Our business currently operates in 2 different locations, the plant farm is located in outer Sydney suburban area and our office is located at Bass Hill (Please note: We do not have any water features/ponds on display or plants for sale at our office location).

Not all plants we grow are listed on our website, so if there's any particular plant that you wish to look for, please contact us as we may have it. Established potted plants may sometimes be available for home delivery sales only within Sydney metropolitan areas. We supply (both locally & international) to botanic gardens, government departments (including research institutions), schools, universities/technical colleges and landscapers. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other queries.

Due to the ever-changing water gardening industry worldwide, the drought in NSW and the changing horticultural industry in Australia, our nursery have undergone some changes. These changes will continue to happen in the next few years and will not affect any of our customers, but will affect how we operate the nursery.
